Everyone loves the idea of transformation, but how many are willing to go to the depths of themselves? I know I was terrified when I started this journey.

Very few people are prepared for what it actually feels like.

Transformation isn't becoming someone new overnight.

It's catching yourself before you react.

It's saying "no" when you used to say "yes."

It's choosing peace instead of proving a point.

It's leaving the relationship that no longer honors you. Even if your heart is saying otherwise.

Even if they keep calling.

It's finally believing you're worthy of receiving. I mean a full out - F@#* YES! Full energy recievership...............

Real transformation is messy before it's beautiful.

There will be days when your old identity wants to come back.

Don't let it. That crap wants to come back because it is comfortable and easy.

Your old identity is familiar—not your future.

This is where most people quit.

It's where I always wanted to quit or self sabatoge.

I knew gthere was something more though.................just did not know what it was. I kept seeking. And people I feel want change and are willing......most of the time. They are just scared.

Not because they can't change...

Because becoming unfamiliar feels uncomfortable.

That's why doing this work alone can feel overwhelming.
