Why Does the Same Lesson Keep Finding Me?

What does all this even mean when people talk about Karma Loops & Karmic Knots?
The work that I do is not for the weak, and that is an uderstatement especially when we dive into deep energy in the family line and DNA body. The patterns are through the lineage and for those of you reading this who don't understand this..... keep reading.
Have you ever experienced something that feels eerily familiar?
Same type of conflict.
Same relationship dynamic.
Same abandonment wound.
Same betrayal
Same feelings come up, but you can't quite put your finger on it.
Same abandonment wound or retrigger
Same emotional trigger
Some spiritual traditions describe these experiences as karma loops or karmic patterns.
I know something is coming to mind here and if it is....just let it be there. I know I have had my share as well. These dynamics that open up a wound that I thought I worked through and then BOOM there it is again and deeper now becuase I am ready to release the root.
Rather than viewing karma as punishment, consider another perspective, shall we:
First of all let's explore what the loop actually is..............
A loop is an unresolved pattern that continues until something changes. The loop is energetic and moves through the soul body, mental body, emotional body and genetic body.
A karmic knot can be thought of as an emotional, relational, or belief-based entanglement that keeps you connected to an old experience. We can also have them through the parents or generations, for that matter.
And sometimes the knot isn't another person.
Sometimes it's a belief, a very strong one. My belief system was low vibrational for a long time.... and it was running my life at times. ... I had self-defeating behavior and self-sabotaged a great deal.
See where you see yourself below.......
"I will never get married after seeing my parents' marriage like that. Men are all the same. That is not safe love."
"If I don't work hard, I won't earn money."
“I have to earn love.”
“I can't trust anyone.”
"I am not safe here, so I control everything to feel safe."
"There are no good men aligned for me., I will never find him."
“I have to do everything myself or nothing will get done.”
“If I succeed, people will leave me.”
"What if I leave others behind when I grow..."
“My needs don't matter, so I place other people's needs before mine”
You're probably asking, how do you begin loosening the knot?
Ask yourself:
What keeps repeating?
Then:
What role do I consistently play in the pattern?
Then:
What belief makes that role feel necessary?
And finally:
What would happen if I stopped participating in the pattern?
That's the important part.
You don't break a loop by obsessing over why it happened.
You begin breaking it by responding differently when the familiar moment arrives.
That is conscious evolution. That's all.
Have grace with growth and be easy with yourself. People have to get used to a new version of you.
