Do you keep betraying yourself?

-Start to Keep Promises to Yourself... and stop listening to others

If you tell yourself you're going to meditate for 10 minutes...

Do it.

If your going to work out - go and do it.

If you are going to keep a structure in the morning- do it.

If you promise to have more fun- then scedule the fun for yourself.

Every promise you keep tells your subconscious...

I can trust myself.

I am worthy.

I have value and own ,my essence.

-Ask Better Questions

Instead of asking...

"Why does this always happen to me?" Like I used to. That was my biggest issue, is I always asked the question why............ Looking for the answers and it for sure did not empower me at all.

Ask...

"What is this trying to teach me? or what is here for me to see that I am not seeing?"

One question keeps you stuck.

The other helps you grow.

4.-Become the Observer

Notice your reactions.

Don't judge them.

Observe them.

Ask yourself what part of you is reacting. How old? What is this reminding you of?

Awareness is where healing begins.

We don't shame the old identity.

We celebrate it.

We honor it.

We write a letter to it.

We thank it for protecting us.

It's about remembering who your soul has always been.

One decision.

One belief.

One day at a time.

You've got this. We have to start some where and maybe a soul session would change something....
