Are soul contracts really a spiritual thing?

Most relationships struggle not because of love—but because of uncleared emotional energy and because of unfinished business in the spiritual realm.

Unprocessed resentment, fear of abandonment, unspoken needs… they live in the heart and nervous system until they are released. In fact, many times, we have either lived a past life with this person or had unfinished business with the person. We have an unspoken contract to be played out and completed in this lifetime. I know I have experienced this myself when I was deep into my own journey and opening and healing my heart. I found many of the people I dated were unfinished relationships of mine in pastlives(many lives).

Heart-centered relationships feel different:✔ Safer✔ Clearer✔ More spacious

They begin with healing the heart, not managing behavior.
