What is Soul Enmeshment?
Soul enmeshment happens when your energy becomes overly intertwined with someone else’s energy. It’s like your soul is holding on to pieces of their emotions, thoughts, or even responsibilities, and vice versa.
This often happens in close relationships—like with family, romantic partners, or even friends—where there are strong emotions, attachments, or unspoken boundaries.
How it feels:
You feel overly responsible for someone else’s happiness or well-being.
You have trouble making decisions without worrying about how others will feel.
You might even feel drained or lose sight of your own needs, because you’re carrying emotions that aren’t yours.
What is Soul Entanglement?
Soul entanglement happens when your energy becomes tied up in unhealthy patterns, unresolved relationships, or old agreements from the past. This can include energy left behind from:
Toxic relationships.
Past heartbreaks.
Unresolved conflicts or emotional wounds.
Think of it as energetic "knots" that keep you stuck, repeating the same cycles in your life, whether it’s attracting similar types of relationships, feeling stuck in old pain, or carrying baggage that no longer serves you.
How it feels:
You keep thinking about someone long after the relationship is over.
You feel "stuck" in emotional patterns that seem to repeat.
You experience an unexplainable heaviness or blocks when trying to move forward.
