Why do you feel spiritually stuck?

As we step into a new year, so many people quietly whisper the same thing to themselves:

“Why do I still feel stuck?”

It’s not because you’re doing anything wrong.It’s because you’re still shedding an old identity that no longer fits with what you want to manifest.

This in-between space—the pause, the heaviness, the confusion—is not failure. It’s the shadow asking to be seen. It is showing up because you have been ignoring parts of yourself for a while now.

Shadow work begins when we stop trying to outrun what’s rising and instead learn how to sit with it, integrate it, and reclaim our power from it.

No shopping.

No texting.

No smoking.

No drinking.

No gambling.

No running.

No sexting.

No getting together to party.

If you’re feeling stuck, stagnant, or unsure of your next step…That is an indication to stop and pivot and pause.

It may be because your soul is asking you to slow down and integrate, not push forward. So many of you don’t do the deeper work because you self-sabotage, telling yourself, “I don’t have money”. I am here to tell you that that is the voice of fear and ego stopping you from doing the work. So many times I didn’t have the money- guess what? I figured it out. I found it. I charged it. I borrowed it. Guess what- I was better after it. It payed me after and my life shifted because I shifted.

I made more money, dated better men, and attracted more magic than I would of ever thought I would have.

So- stop believing that part of you that is telling you these stories.

Let’s maybe unpack there?

You can keep making vision boards….but, if you don’t embody with the compacity to hold the energy, you won’t have any of it. Not now and ever.
