Service Description

To awaken those parts of ourselves that we have repressed over years such as emotions that became dormant and not slowly coming up interupting our lives, only to scream louder until we listen. It time to feel, so we are not little children walking around so full of trauma projecting it on everyone we meet. Every client will receive a process box to navigate this program with. It will support each individual to feel all parts of themselves and become conscious of the thoughts and emotions that caused some of this on the first place. There will be coaching support and energy healing on the calls.
