Many people right now feel like something in their life is "off."
They cannot explain it.
But they know deep down something is out of alignment.
Maybe it is your work.
Maybe it is your relationships.
Maybe it is the way you have been living to please everyone else.
Maybe it is the very relationship that you are in?
Maybe it the 100 pounds you stioll carry or not.
Your soul is not here to live a life that drains you. My question is, Where are you leaking?
I know when I am leaking ....I feel it.
I always question if I have been somewhere, doing something I did not like.
Was I forcing a relationship?
Was I taking on a new client that was refusing to do the inner work, and was taking from me to fill herself up?
Where are you....
Quietly asses this....
Expansion.
Purpose.
Love.
But when we ignore the voice of the soul long enough, life begins to feel heavy.
You lose motivation.
You feel disconnected.
You question everything.
That is not failure.
That is a signal.
Realigning with your soul is one of the most important things you can do right now.
Because when your life aligns with your soul…
your energy returns.
Your clarity returns.
Your confidence returns.
And most importantly…
your peace returns and you start to really attract your soul tribe.
If you are feeling that pull toward something deeper, I invite you to join my March 26 meditation journey where we reconnect to the soul's wisdom and clear what is blocking your path.
Or book a private call with me if you are ready to explore a deeper transformation.

This post about your soul asking you to realign now is a thoughtful reminder that sometimes we need to pause, listen, and make sure our choices reflect what truly matters to us instead of just going with autopilot or pressure from others, and that kind of self‑awareness can actually be really grounding when everything around us feels loud or confusing; it also connects to how important clarity and truth are more broadly, like in an *effects of fake news to students research paper, where the impact of misinformation on learning and academic outcomes is explored, because just as students benefit from distinguishing fact from fiction, we all benefit from learning to recognise what aligns with our values and what doesn’t;…
