The pattern loop that you didn't see!

The loop that we continuously go through, but fail to see where it comes from. We rarely follow the "red" string back to the situation and see where it developed. How could we even know what to do if we don't even understand where it came from?

The truth is this spiritual work is not always easy, and It is certainly is NOT LOVE AND LIGHT all the time. That is actually a lot of old programming to get you to buy quick-fix programs, and for things not to work. The truth is, when we don't go to the root with the spiritual work and belief systems, then what? It repeats itself over and over. And then when something good comes....you self-sabotage unknowingly.

Awareness → effort to shift and change behavior → change temporarily → backslide into self-sabotage without you even knowing
