The Part about Grieving the old "self" that no one shares!

Transformation always begins with an ending.
Before the new version of you can emerge…
The old version must be released.
And that often comes with grief.
You may grieve the person you used to be.
The relationships that no longer resonate.
The dreams that once felt right but no longer fit.
This is not a weakness.
This is evolution.
Every identity shift requires a period of letting go.
And many people resist this stage because they believe something is wrong with them.
But nothing is wrong.
You are simply shedding an old identity that can no longer carry the soul you are becoming.
Allow yourself to grieve.
Allow yourself to release.
Allow yourself to journal all the good things that you have learned along the way as well.
Allow yourself to celebrate your old self on how strong and resilient she was and is.
Allow her to speak from a place of.......depth.
And trust that something more aligned is being born inside of you.
If you want support through this powerful identity shift, join me on March 26 for our meditation journey where we will release emotional attachments and create space for the new self to emerge.
Or book a private call with me if you are ready to walk through this transformation with guidance.
