What To Do In The Pause of things Ending!

The pause is not punishment. It’s preparation. It's helping you get ready for whats coming and how to navigate the watery energies.

When something ends — a relationship, job, identity, job, version of you — the universe places you into a spiritual waiting room. I call it, the holy holding ground.

This “in-between” is uncomfortable because:

The mind wants clarity
The heart wants revenge or understanding of why.
The "little child " within you wants to punch them.
The body wants stability
The spirit wants alignment

But the pause is where your future timeline downloads....it's a new holy ground of sacred initiation and new soul growth.

✨ The Pause Is Sacred and needed!

It’s where you:

Release the emotional residue lierally. (I have at every pivot and trust me that it did not feel good, but was so needed at every point.
Reprogram your subconscious and look at your programming and conditioning
Retrieve fragmented soul parts that have been cut off, ignored, and sliced and diced cause you couldn't handle it at the time.
Reclaim energy you gave away and restore your holy power.
Rebuild your self-worth and value.

✨ What you can do in the pause ...I call the HOLY HOLD

1. Don’t force clarity. Your next step won’t come from fear.

2. Tend to your body. Rest. Slow down. Nourish yourself WITH REST, WATER, SOUP, TEA. START TO CARE FOR YOURSELF LIKE YOU WOULD CARE FOR A CHILD.

3. Close the old chapter energetically. Place both hands on your heart and repeat:“I honor what was. I release what’s done.” I honor all involved.....

4. Create space. Clutter removal helps the nervous system integrate endings.

5. Receive support. Your body needs to feel held when your identity is reorganizing. Don't feel you have to do this alone. Sometimes having support alongside will help you navigate tougher emotions.
