Receiving Happens When You Let Go of How You Think It Should Look!

Your blessings arrive the moment you release the script you were never meant to control. It was a joke to think that we had to control every step of the way!

Most people don’t struggle with receiving because they are unworthy —they struggle because receiving requires surrender.

And surrender feels impossible when your brain was trained by:

• Trauma

• Hyper-independence

• Survival programming

• Familial expectationsn and mental unwellness

• Friends that were traumatized too

• Work buds who were under the same mystical programming and conditioning

• Generational scarcity and overity no one talks about

Your mind created a blueprint of how things should unfold. You probably had a whole vision board on it...lol! Your soul I would guess has a completely different set of instructions. I know mine did and I have found that if we just focus on other things, and place our desires on the imaginary "shelf" that everything starts to happen in real time on the universe's timetable. I would tell you just don't loose the vision!

You can’t receive with clenched fists.

Receiving happens when you:

• Allow support

• Meditate and stay Tuned in/Tapped in

• Allow timing

• Allow the unexpected along the way

• Allow softness

• Allow your nervous system to open and be grateful when it comes.

✨ Somatic Opening Practice

Place a hand over your heart and say: “I’m open to receive in ways better than I imagined.” "Thank you Universe for placing me at the right place, with the most aligned people and at the right time." I am so ready to receive and trust that you know what it best for me."

Then unclench your jaw. Relax your shoulders. Take a slow exhale.

The body must release for the blessings to land.
